Sabor Selva crafts premium chocolate and coffee from wild-grown cacao and forest coffee in Bolivia — harvested directly from the rainforest, never from plantations. Together with our Bolivian partner, we work with indigenous communities who gather cacao and coffee in harmony with the forest, providing fair income while keeping biodiversity alive. Every bar and bag represents a choice: timeless flavor that keeps the rainforest standing and supports the people who protect it.

Our Cacao

Our cacao is gathered by hand from native trees that thrive beneath a living canopy deep within the Bolivian Amazon. The fruit is collected by local families using generations-old knowledge, then fermented and sun-dried to preserve its natural complexity. Grown entirely wild — free from pesticides and irrigation — this cacao protects the forest by giving value to keeping trees standing. The result is a refined, layered flavor distinct to the forest itself.

We build value chains that work with nature — not against it. By sourcing wild cacao and forest coffee, we prevent the need for deforestation and ensure that local communities can thrive while keeping the rainforest intact. Our Bolivian partner follows the highest environmental and social standards: fair payment programs based on ILO principles, zero child labor, and traceable sourcing directly from indigenous territories. Every harvest supports biodiversity, cultural continuity, and sustainable livelihoods.

Sabor Selva exists to prove that exceptional taste and ecological care can be one and the same. Our chocolate and coffee are made from wild-grown ingredients, collected responsibly by indigenous communities within the Bolivian Amazon. Our facility partners treat and reuse 100% of process water, use solar energy, recycled materials, and LED lighting to minimize their footprint.
